We just checked out this highly recommended Cydia App called MemTool and sad to say I did not find it much useful. Although the app has some really good functions it is not of much use on your device, until you are using something like Backgrounder to run multiple processes.
MemTool is a task manager and process killer app for your Apple iPad. The app interface is really simple and easy to understand so I don’t think I have to explain you guys a lot about it. Basically, the app features tools to delete a particular process and clean up your RAM. But, most of the process an average user would come across would be critical process and killing them will just restart your iPad. Some users may find the memory cleaning tool much more useful. I tried cleaning the memory at different occasions and on an average it would free around 15-18 of RAM.
This app smoothly does its job without and bugs but the bottom line is that it won’t be used much by an average user.
