When the iPhone 4 came to several new countries on 10th July, one name previously announced was missing from the list. That was South Korea. However after the regulatory delays, the iPhone 4 has been finally approved to go on sale in SK. However the same won’t go on sale with the iPhone carrier KT there very soon. It is expected to launch in September now.
Samsung has been doing pretty well with the Galaxy S in South Korea and have reportedly sold 300000 devices in just over 2 weeks. Thats compared to 840,000 iPhones sold in the country since last November. IPhone 4 is certainly being missed in the competition it seems.
