Apple has released Facetime on Mac App Store with a price tag of $0.99 thus making it a paid application. The Facetime for Mac has finally come out from the beta stage with some more add on features. Facetime is an easy way to video conference with people using Apple devices such as iPod touch , Macbooks and iPhone 4. The main advantage of this facetime feature is that it doesn’t require any customization of settings within devices. The service is free in any part of the world through Wifi.
The major improvement in this version (1.0) are the HD video calls at 720p in selected intel-based Macs.
