iSocialShare is an a tweak available in Cydia that let you upload the photos from camera roll directly on your favorite social networking site such as Facebook or Twitter. It is a paid application but cracked version is available under Xsellize repo for download. It makes a cloud icon on the navigation bar of your iPhone after installing the tweak on your iphone.
Tutorial :
1) Go to Cydia
2) Go to Sources>Edit>Add Source>http://repo.xsellize.com
3) Search for iSocialShare
4) Install
