Apple has recently released a press release confirming that Apple will hold the much awaited WWDC (World Wide Developer) conference on 6 June 2011. It’s always been an Apple trend to unveil the next generation iPhone (iPhone 5) with the next major software update (iOS 5.0). However, a solid source from TechCrunch reported that Apple will release iOS 5.0 later this fall due to the cloud services on which Apple is currently working on along with the iPad 3, probably in a music event. Despite, Apple will release an updated version of iOS 4.3.1 with some major improvements.
The source confirmed nothing about the release of iPhone 5 this june.
Apple will surely release the next major update of Mac OS X i.e Mac OS X Lion. Apple has integrated many features that they learned from an iPad to the operating system such as LaunchPad, Folders etc. We can expect a sneak peak of some more feature at that day.
iPhone 5 has been rumored to have a metal back, a larger display and a thinner bezzel. These rumors seems to be wrong at a certain extent but nothing can be said as of now. Now, all we can do is to wait for 6 June to arrive.
