Apple has reportedly reduced the incoming supply of iPhone 4 camera flash. The sudden change in the orders of these camera flashes is not as usual, but at a drastic level. These rumors are an indication towards the launch of next generation iPhone with a different flash module as reported by Appleinsider. It seems that the Apple collaboration with Phillips to build these LED flash is coming to an end and the company has started its search for another popular manufacturers.
According to the source, Apple has ‘greatly reduced’ the orders of the Phillips LED flash in the last two months. The person, who has provided an accurate information in the past said that the change may be a sign that Apple will not use Phillips LED flash in the iPhone 4S/5. The next generation iPhone is expected to launch in September along with the release of iOS 5.
Earlier, Apple.proo also posted some of the screenshot of the back cover of an iPhone which indicates that the next iPhone will see a change in the positioning of the LED flash. It shows that the LED flash will be integrated in such a manner that it will not interfere in the functioning of the camera. Apple is expected to hold a music event in September where it may release the next generation of iPod touch along with the iPhone 5/4s announcement.
