The fact is very well known that Absinthe for Windows will be available really soon from Chronic DevTeam. If you are desperate enough to get the JailBreak on your iPhone 4S and iPad 2 on Windows, DevTeam has released their Command Line Interface method. The difference between the two is increment in the no. of steps and in many ways, meant for advanced users until you don’t know what you are doing. 
Here we will make all those steps simple to get your A5 device JailBroken on Windows. The Command Line Interface is a set of commands which needs to be executed manually whereas Graphical User Interface does that automatically without interruption of the user. In many cases, one can also debug many errors. Just follow them all:
1) First download the CLI tool from this link
2) Now, all you need to do is to open the downloaded .zip file into your C drive.
3) Click on start>search>run and enter to open it. In the blank field, type cmd.exe
4) When the command window is opened which would appear in black (default), type CD C:\cinject_0.4.3 to go into the downloaded folder.
5) Another step is to execute the Command Line Interface (CLI). Now, you need to type this: cinject.exe -i payloads/jailbreak.mobileconfig
6) When you are done with the above command, write this on the same window for the execution: cinject.exe -j payloads. And wait for it to take the backup.
7) In the end, just execute this command – cinject.exe -w
8) Alas! you have Absinthe icon installed on your springboard. Tap on it to open which would in turn navigate you to mobile safari with greenpois0n.com as the url for the execution of further code. Don’t worry, it will happen automatically now.
