Ever since the iOS users have updated their devices with iOS 8.1.2, there have been a lot of complaints. These cover a wide range of topics like fluctuating WiFi, bluetooth bugs which prevent the connection of the device with the headsets, acute battery drain, etc. Keeping all this in mind, Apple is currently working meticulously on its next iOS 8 software update which is the iOS 8.1.3.
If we believe in the rumors floating around, Apple is set to roll out the new update within a couple of weeks. Hopefully, this version of iOS will put to rest all the complaints received for iOS 8.1.2. These rumors are fed by the talks of Apple already seeding the iOS 8.1.3 to selected retail employees of Apple to test the updates before officially putting it out for the users.
Christian Today said that although Apple is said to release the new version of iOS soon, it is yet to confirm whether developers will test the updates for bugs and other issues prior to the official release. MacRumors, on the other hand, have speculated that the iOS 8.1.3 will be released much prior than speculated. They claimed that the new update was given to the selected Apple employees as early as 7th of January. They prove this by pointing out the number of Apple users with iOS 8.1.3 visiting their website. iDB also came out with similar statistics ironing the claims.
Apple hasn’t yet commented on any such specifics related to the release of the updated iOS version. But one thing that can be claimed with firm belief is that this updated iOS version 8.1.3 will see the floors before that of iOS 8.2. The iOS 8.2 is said to be in its fourth beta and is assumed to be released along with the Apple Watch.
