It’s been less than a month since Apple released its much awaited iPad 2, many customers have reported problem that their video freezes while they were doing a video conference through FaceTime feature. This is second issue after Light Bleeding manufacturing defect in an iPad 2. Several people also confirmed that the image which is displayed on the front facing camera crashes suddenly. A user reported that the problem is frequent but it doesn’t completely goes off after a restart. Instead, it occurs again in the next two or three time when you use it.
A person discussed a problem in a thread according to which FaceTime was working fine for the first time but when he opened it again, it showed the still image from where he left. A manager from Verizon confirmed that the problem exists in the iPad 2 but they haven’t experienced it with the units they sold out.
