Mixing faces are a photography app via the appstore. The app essentially mixes two pictures (kinda morphs). However, this isn’t enough to describe the app. The app can do much more than this. The app provides various options after importing the photos (from your camera or library) like editing the length, rotation, width etc.
As you open the app, you will see three buttons at the bottom. The first button allows you to import the photographs from your library or your camera directly. After importing both the photos click on the mix. You will see a five tabs/buttons at the bottom. Each of them has a specific function.
The first button which looks like a target/snipe allows you to move the second photo you have imported. The second tab from the left allows you choose which image you want to blur and which image do you want more visible (face 1 or face 2). You can also use it with the swipe of your fingers so need to keep on taping it to choose how you want your photo to look. The third option which is a straight line allows you choose the height (vertical) of the photograph. You can enlarge it or make it small as you like. Then the next tab which is a straight horizontal line, allows you to choose the width of the photograph. The next tab allows you to rotate the photo as you want. But remember the app only works for the second photo. You cannot do any editing to the first photo you have imported. After you have finished editing click ok and then click save to photos. The photo would directly be saved in your camera-roll.
All in all it looks a beaut app for mixing two photos with some great features like blur and length editing. However, there should be an option to choose the photo you want to edit as you can only edit the second photo you have imported. But still the app is plentiful and is fun to play with.
