Team Evad3rs Launched Evasi0n Website To Update On Progress Of iOS 6.1 Untethered JailBreak

Well, there are already expectations from the team evad3rs that they would be releasing the much awaited iOS 6.1 untethered JailBreak this Sunday. However, according to an iOS hacker, @planetbeing, the team could release the JailBreak prior to February 3 if the pending work is complete and the testing is done on all supported iOS devices. Lately, the team has also launched a dedicated website called ‘evasi0n‘ to keep you updated on the progress of iOS 6.1 untethered JailBreak and what are the things you need to keep yourself geared up for it.

Many people have noted that some of the devices showed on the website says February ‘3’ as the default date. Perhaps, it might be a hint towards the fact that Sunday would indeed be a Funday and we could see the public release very soon. As per the progress bar just below the images of iDevices, the team is currently working on finishing the GUI which would help you JailBreak your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad merely with a click of a button on a Mac/PC.

The next step is private beta testing where the JailBreak would be sent to a dedicated group of iOS hackers to check if the JailBreak is working properly or not. If it’s, it might be released for public. Otherwise, you need to wait until the found bugs are removed. Also, the website shows that the JailBreak would support all iOS 6.0 versions until now. And all of the devices which supports the firmware.

Stay tuned for more updates. Let’s know what do you think about it in comment section below.
