Watch Bands For The Apple Watch In Retail Stores

Apple currently has been paying a lot of attention to the Apple Watch and it’s sales, especially for the walk-in shoppers. It’s the first time since the Apple Watch have been launched, that the company has put the inventory on sale in its retail stores. TechCrunch confirmed the news in Toronto’s Eaton Center.

The stores have almost all the types of belts provided by the company. The collection included the Leather loop along with the various Sport Band model in both 38mm and 42mm sizes. They have the Milanese Loop as well but there were rumors that it was only available in the 38mm size in the retail stores.
This availability of bands in the stores can be positive thing for the sales of the Apple Watches. There has also been some speculation that the strap options could have probably been responsible for the longer shipping times on select models. For now, it appears that Apple is catching up with various different types of first-party accessory options.
This move by the company seems to benefit people who already own the Watch as they are chafing under the limited choice which was provided by their initial band selection. Since Apple is now rolling out its third-party band program, users will be provided with an option to expand their strap horizons. Along with these straps, there are rumors that by the beginning of the next month, the Apple Watch units will be there in stores ready for immediate and  impulsive buys. Along with all this the Apple Watch very recently also got its first update that fixed quite a few bugs.
