Read It Later is an amazing AppStore app which allows you to save and view web pages online as well as Offline. The app has two versions. One is the free version which has limited features but the pro version which costs $2.99, adds in features like a bookmarklet for saving links from Safari, sharing tool to post articles to external bookmarking sites as well as a full screen browsing mode that gives you more screen real estate than you get in Safari.
You can also disable the iPhone’s accelerometer, which lets you read certain content sideways or upside down which can be useful for photos. The app also syncs with your account i.e. your desktop meaning that if you add any page at home, at work, or with the Firefox extension, you can read it on your iPhone or vice versa.
According to CNET the developer company has also released an API for developers to build Read It Later integration into their own apps. This means developers of RSS readers or even news publishers could give the readers who are also Read It Later users a way to save their content for later viewing.
