Macrumors reports that Apple is cutting down the production rate of iPhone 3G’s by 40% or more. Though this might be a result of excess production already done there are more rumors going around.
Apparently HTC already has the Touch HD announced with 3.8-inch WVGA (800×480) display, and Apple might be working on something similar, iPhone HD? These rumors are supported by an unnamed search engines source claiming that it has seen web-traffic from an unseen Apple device with a display resolution between that of the iPhone and the MacBook.
While this might be a Netbook from Apple, or an iPhone upgrade … guess only time would tell!
