iC Theme Essentials is a nice Package via Cydia. It installs all the apps required to run iNav type themes. It installs Bosspaper, BlankNull, Categories, iBlank and SpringJumps app on the iPhone. However, this app does not include any of the mentioned tweaks and/or utilities, its a simple dependency package designed to make life easier when you try to setup iNav type themes.
