Download Manager is a good utility from App Store costing $1.99. This app also lets you pause and resume the files enqued for download. Additionally you can download videos from Youtube and files from Megaupload, rapidshare etc. You can even download files from sites that require authentication (yes, works with Rapidshare premium account).
Download Manager has an inbuilt File manager that lets you view the downloaded files, delete them, view files that the iPhone OS supports and save any downloaded image to the Photo gallery.
The app also provides a File sharing option that lets you access the files on the iPhone via FTP, you can also acces the downloaded files by HTTP (using internet browsers like the Internet Explorer). You can also download webpages as HTML files using this app.
