Google, Apple, Microsoft – all the silicon valley giants are fighting it out in the mobile world today. Its no brainer that mobile is the next big thing (it actually is already). And with the little flood of patents that these MNC’s have filed, we can expect tones of innovation in the mobile space. Apple has taken the first move with the iPhone multitouch and now with the iPad CPU (the A4). But that’s now all we heard in the rumors. Remember that little word that Apple might be working on its own battery technology to power handhelds?
Nothing officially announced but you hear it pretty clearly in the official Apple video here, where Bob Mansfield speaks about Apple being the only co that does its own ‘battery technology’, ‘chip technology’ etc. So does the iPad has a new magical battery hidden under the hood?
