Apple is perhaps the most secretive company in the technology space and we are just one amongst the dozens of blogs who cover each and every Apple move on a daily basis. And after years of reporting, it kinda difficult to digest so many, so authentic looking Apple leaks all of a sudden. If the iPhone 4G theft case wasn’t enough, another iPhone 4th gen prototype made it to Vietnam and was dismantled. And the Vietnam story doesn’t end here.
Apparently these folks have also got their hands on an iPod touch prototype with camera. While it is not sure if these are 3rd gen iPod touch models which were rumored to be coming with camera or its the upcoming iPod touch 4G. However its clear that the thin has a camera (video below) that works. As to how so many unreleased Apple products made it to Vietnam, is unknown and guess somethings will remain a mystery for long.
Jump over to the iPhone OS 4.0 (that already gave us 720p video recording) & is currently in beta with developers testing it out to the fullest, some references to the next gen iPod and iPad are made here. The firmware makes a reference to ‘camera flash’ in the iPod and iPad. And some references to an unheard version of Mac OS i.e. 10.7 is also seen.
