Smokescreen Enables Flash Content on Apple iPhone and iPad

It is finally possible to enable Flash content on your Apple devices, all thanks to Smokescreen which makes it possible. Smokescreen runs entirely in the browser, it reads the SWF binaries, unzips them in native javascript, extracts the images and embedded audio and converts them in to base64 encoded data:uris and then merges them in to vector graphics and runs it as animated SVG.
Smokescreen which is developed by Chris Smoak works fine with simple animated banner ads, however Flash content like video and games seems to be really very buggy. Somkescreen is a Flash player written in JavaScript and it will soon be open sourced. You can check out the video below to see Somescreen in action.
