I thought of doing this small but very important video tutorial on How to prevent iPhone/iPod/iPad to sync automatically.

There Apple does the Magic & releases a New Firmware update and that Updates your iDevice Firmware, which leads to loosing your Jailbreak and most importantly iPhone unlockers loose their unlock.
