AT&T And T-Mobile Deal To Improve iPhone Services

According to a report by Bloomsberg, AT&T CEO Randall Stephenson says that the AT&T and T-Mobile deal will improve the network connectivity and various other services for devices such as Apple’s iPhone.
The deal would improve the capacity of network on AT&T’s wireless network by 30 percent in some of the largest cities in US. Also, it could reduce the charges for overseas roaming said Stephenson
”The transaction is very instrumental, Virtually on the day you close the deal, getting a 30 percent lift in capacity in New York City: that’s a significant improvement in call quality and data throughput” he added at an event.
AT&T signed a deal to take over T-Mobile in a cash and stock transaction at approximately $39 billion. The deal must be approved by government regulators before it’s approved or finalized.
