While JailBreaking your iDevice, you require to enable recovery mode. For the same purpose, you need to find a data cable first, attach it to the PC/Mac and then follow the instructions on Redsn0w, Pwnage tool or Sn0wbreeze. With the functionality of syncing your iDevice wirelessly in the iOS 5 Beta 2, Apple has also enabled the process of recognizing the device in iTunes into recovery mode without any wires.
It means that in future you will be able to push all the JailBreaking data on your device wirelessly. It may also happen that some of the software such as iFunbox or iPhone browser may work on this principle (root access). You will rarely attach your iDevice to your computer or netbook. As Apple is also integrating the OTA (Over The Air) updates in iOS 5, upgrading your device would be an easiest task, that is, you will not need to download those heavy firmware files. If you want to put your device in recovery mode, follow the guide here
We will keep you updated once we get information on more features in iOS 5.0 beta 2.
