MyCinema is a hit, but here comes Mobile Theatre. These applications allow you to watch (or stream with iMobileCinema plugin) thousands of movies and dozens of TV series straight to your iPhone or iPod touch.
Though, similar to MyCinema the app offers much more stability and clean interface. Added functionalities include streaming movies through iMobileCinema, TV Shows, MP3’s, How to stream, etc. The movies are listed on Megaupload similar to Mycinema, and there is also a request movie tab.
Currently there aren’t any much MP3’s listed but still positive to see this. The list of movies is categorized in alphabetic order and much more in qty than My cinema.
Dtunes or iFile is required to play the downloaded videos.
A problem with Mobile Theatre is that many links are broken, many of the listed movies just don’t download. Hope the problem is fixed soon by megaupload.
Overall the app is better than MyCinema as it offers better features and stability.
Hope such good apps work in iPhone 3.0 aswell.
