For installing apps on iPhone/Touch, we need an iTunes account, Well to create an iTunes account you need a credit card, and most of us don’t have credit card, So you are stuck here !! Well now you can create a free iTunes account (no credit card is required).
Here, are the steps to create a free iTunes account:
1. Launch Apple iTunes
2. Navigate to iTunes Store from the side panel
3. Set your country as “United States”, the option is at the end of the page
4. Hit AppStore and navigate to Free apps section click on any FREE App to download it

5. You will see iTunes sign-on window like below:
6. Click on Create New Account
7. Hit Continue
8. Accept the License Agreement
9. Fill in the general details like Email, Password, Question and DOB and click continue
10. Select payment mode as None
11. Fill in your Details and click Continue. (If you’re wondering what to fill in for Address, you can fill up any valid PIN Code and Fone No. ex. City: New York, State: NY, Zip: 10012, Phone: 212 226-3127
212 226-3127), otherwise it won’t let you proceed further.
12. You’ll now be sent an Email. Check your EMail, Verify your Account.
