Engadget has gotten its hands on some real evidencethat Apple is gearing up to reveal iPod touch and iPod Nano with camera later this week. At IFA 2009 in Germany, HAMA, a case manufacturer has some accessories on display for unannounced Apple iPods. The photos clearly show a Camera windows for the iPod touch 3G case and many other iPod Nano 5G cases.
Previously we have seen handsome pictures and video of the iPod touch with a camera that looked very real and considering that Microsoft Zune has gone HD already, Apple sure needs to update its iPod lineup to stay in the race. Currently the market leader for flash mp3 players Apple has over the past few years presented us with new iPods every year around the same time. This year its music event Rock n Roll is to be held on 9th September..
Update: Do not forget the pricing leaks that we saw earlier, which also revealed a 64GB version of the touch.
