The iPhone 4G prototype that has now leaked more than once on the internet has showed up again and surprisingly the previously dressed in Black iPhone 4G model now gives a white hint. The supposedly iPhone 4th gen prototype housing & faceplate has leaked out in all white colour now. While it is natural for the iPhone to come in a black and white colour combination (as per the 3G and 3GS launch), the faceplate has always been the same black colour which doesn’t seem to be the case here. Apart from that it is yet another LEAK that Apple has to face wrt the iPhone 4G.
The two iPhone 4G leaks have come from 1) gizmodo and 2) the vietnam leak and the only difference in the two leaks were the missing screws near the dock on the Vietnamese model. Surprisingly the white housing has the two screws on the bottom near the dock adding a little confusion as to which model is the final Apple release?
WWDC is coming up on Monday, 7th June and it would be interesting to see what Steve Jobs unveils there.
