Radio Shack To Lower Down iPhone 4 Prices By $30 Tomorrow? [Update]

It’s been a year since Apple launched iPhone 4 in US. Till now, we have not seen any kind of price cuts and the products is still being sold at a much faster rate than any other vendors in the market. But it seems that the day has finally arrived. A tipster at Engadget has reported that Apple will lower down prices of iPhone, all variants tomorrow ahead of iPhone 5 launch in September or August. Already, some leaks have almost confirmed about the release of next generation. Though, technical specification remains a mystery.

According to tipster, iPhone 4 prices would be reduced by $30 tomorrow with a extended 2 year contract from AT&T. If this happens, iPhone 4 16GB cost will be reduced to $169.99 and 32 GB variant would cost $269.99. The drop in prices is not limited to iPhone 4 only. These reports suggests that iPhone 3GS 8GB cost will drop down to $19.99. Through these ways, iPhone would be able to reach to all those people who earlier had an impression of an overpriced tag.

What do you think about it? Well, we advice you to wait before taking any decision when iPhone 5 release is at the corner.

[update] : As per AppleInsider report, iPhone is now available at above cut prices from July 31 to August 6 through a promotional offer.
