Facebook Application For iPad is Complete, Delaying Due To Various Reasons

Most of you must be already aware of the fact that Facebook has plans to release its application for iPad. Many of us must have tried it through a hack after the manipulation in the system files. Well, the team leader behind the project – ‘Facebook application for iPad’, Jeff Verkoeyen wrote on his blog that he has left the company and migrated to Google. Facebook was an amazing company and he had worked with numerous brilliant designers.

While talking about the Facebook application for iPad, he said that the project has been completed since May, but the company didn’t accept his approval of releasing the application in App Store. Facebook told him that there are ‘various’ reasons for the delay. Personally, we are still using the application from sometime and there are no signs of lag. Also, the application gives access of all the functionalities which we use on desktop version.

Jeff Verkoeyen has now started working on his another project called ‘Nimbus’. He is now entirely disconnected and not sure about further development of Facebook application for iPad in future. It seems that these ‘various’ reasons for delaying the application could be the features which were showcased at F8 conference such as Timeline and Open Graphs. But one things is confirmed that release is imminent.
