Scott Forstall, SVP iPhone software in ‘Let’s talk iPhone’ event said that they also develop some fantastic applications for their devices and all of them join hands with all other amazing apps available in App Store. In the event yesterday, they showcased another application called ‘cards’ which will be available for download on the same day of iOS 5 public release, that is, October 12.
This application allows you to pick the most precious captured moment from your photos, choose a frame and Apple will take care of the rest. Apple takes the responsibility of printing the card and posting it to any any address you want in US or any part of the world. This is not all. Apple also sends you notification once the card is delivered to the desired location.
However, for people in US, it will cost around $2.99 and $4.99 for rest of the world. Though, the application will land free of cost. Apple also unveiled iPhone 4S, white iPod touch and some important updates in iPod nano. Isn’t it interesting?
