Yes, this is right. The untethered JailBreak of iPhone 4S and iPad 2 has been progressed further due to the contribution of Cydia creator, Saurik who is known as the only Apple Guru in iOS hacking community. The news came through twitter from MuscleNerd who notified that the @Pod2G untethered exploit for A5 devices has certainly shown a ray of hope for the release. However, they are still not sure of any ETA.
This is the second time when Saurik has helped @Pod2G to make untethered JailBreak possible. Though, the exploits were found by @Pod2G himself after months of work and experiments. First time, Saurik contributed when Pod2G was experiencing cache issues while porting untethered JailBreak to A5 devices for the stability. We are already aware of the fact that some legendary hackers are working as a team to find the ways to distribute untethered JailBreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2.
We truly believe that they would be successful really soon. Previously, Pod2G gave an ETA on twitter according to which untethered JailBreak for iPhone 4S and iPad 2 would be released in a week. Anyhow, that ETA already seems to have passed and we still don’t have any indications of any tremendous success in finding the solutions. Nevertheless, we can’t say anything until the current situation from the iOS hacker is cleared.
