iPhone 8, iPhone 7S and 7S Plus Trial Production Have Allegedly Begun; iPhone 8 Arriving Without Delay

Rumors that have surfaced in the past weeks have claimed that the Apple iPhone 8’s arrival has been delayed because of the production issues. Popular leakster and designer, Benjamin Geskin has claimed that the launch of the iPhone 8 will not be delayed. He has even stated that the trial production of the iPhone 8 has already started.
According to Geskin, the trial production of other iPhones such as iPhone 7S and iPhone 7S Plus have already started. Citing information coming from the Zhengzhou Foxconn facility, Geskin claims the plant is manufacturing 200 units of forthcoming iPhones on a daily basis. However, it does not mean that the Cupertino company has started the mass production of the upcoming iPhones.
Apple is known for increasing the rate of iPhone production as the launch date nears. Even though the production of the next-generation iPhones has reportedly started at a slow pace, the speed of the production is expected to increase as the September launch nears. Rumors have it that the Apple iPhone 7S, iPhone 7S Plus and iPhone 8 would be officially announced on Sept. 6.

According to 9to5 Mac, it may so happen that Apple may launch the iPhone 8 alongside other iPhone 7S and 7S Plus but only less number of its units will be released in the market. Analysts have forecasted that the supply of iPhone 8 would be constrained until next year.
Reports have claimed that there are couple of problems that are hindering the manufacturing of iPhone 8 such as slow supply of OLED display panels and software bugs that are hampering the testing process. Some reports have also claimed that the wireless charging and facial recognition feature will not be readily available after iPhone 8’s launch, but it will be added later on through iOS 1.1.1 software update.

The recent iPhone 8 renders that have been created on the basis of the schematics from Apple’s supply chain has revealed that it will be coming with an elongated Power button that will be integrated with a fingerprint reader. However, another tweet from Geskin reveals that the fingerprint scanner was found to be placed under the display during the recent testing. He added that Apple may have successfully managed to embed it under the screen.

Apart from the above mentioned iPhones, the rumor mill claims that the iPhone SE 2 will be unveiled in the next month. None of the above information have been officially confirmed by Apple. However, we hope that the highly anticipated iPhone 8 will be able to meet the expectations set by all the rumors surrounding it.
